You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time sagjii deems appropriate.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your sagjii account within minutes of confirmation. You may close your sagjii account at any time by contacting sagjii customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
